By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Reclaim is a telehealth platform. Reclaim itself does not practise medicine and does not dispense medication. Medical care is provided by DrTelx, an independent telehealth medical group whose clinicians are licensed in the states where care is offered. Prescriptions are filled by independent, licensed US pharmacies — EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy.

This service is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use this website to request urgent or emergency care.

Who may use Reclaim

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a US state or the District of Columbia where the service is offered. You must give accurate and complete information about your health. Providing inaccurate information can lead to an inappropriate treatment decision, and may result in your account being closed.

Reclaim is not your medical provider

Reclaim provides the technology platform. It does not practise medicine, does not employ the clinicians who review your assessment, and does not control their clinical judgement. Your provider–patient relationship is with the treating clinician and the independent medical group, not with Reclaim. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

No guarantee of a prescription

Completing an assessment does not entitle you to a prescription. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate, and may decline to prescribe, prescribe something different from what you requested, or ask for more information, a laboratory test, or a live consultation. If no prescription is issued, you are not charged for medication.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Treatment plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the stated cadence until you cancel.
• Prices are shown before you check out and are in US dollars. We may change prices on renewal, with advance notice.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; an order already sent to the pharmacy for fulfilment cannot be recalled.
• Refunds are handled under our shipping and returns policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent your identity or health, share your account, resell or redistribute medication, attempt to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself, interfere with the security of the service, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Prescription medication is dispensed to the named patient only and must never be shared.

Intellectual property

The Reclaim name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by Reclaim or its licensors, and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers

Except where the law does not allow it, the website and platform are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This disclaimer does not limit the professional obligations that the treating clinician and the dispensing pharmacy owe you under applicable law, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Reclaim maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal proceeding, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
