Reclaim · About us
About us
A telehealth platform for men, built around licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies.
Last updated 28 September 2026
Reclaim exists to make two common, treatable men's health concerns — hair loss and erectile dysfunction — straightforward to get treated properly. Both are well understood, both have established prescription treatments, and both are routinely left untreated because getting to a clinic for them feels like more trouble than it is worth.
How the service works
You complete an online medical assessment. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether a prescription treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, a licensed pharmacy fills the prescription and ships it to you in discreet packaging. You can message your clinician, adjust your treatment, or stop at any time.
Who provides your care
Reclaim is a telehealth platform. Reclaim itself does not practise medicine and does not dispense medication. Medical care is provided by DrTelx, an independent telehealth medical group whose clinicians are licensed in the states where care is offered. Prescriptions are filled by independent, licensed US pharmacies — EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy.
Every pharmacy in our network is licensed in the states where it dispenses, accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, and LegitScript-approved.
What we will not do
- We do not guarantee that you will be prescribed anything. That is the clinician's decision, and sometimes the right answer is no, or is a referral for in-person care.
- We do not promise results. Treatments for hair loss and ED work for many men and not for all, and they work only while they are taken.
- We do not sell or share your health information for advertising.
Safety
Every treatment we offer carries risks as well as benefits, and those risks are set out plainly in the Important Safety Information on our home page and in the material that ships with your medication. If something does not feel right once you have started treatment, message your clinician.
