Your clinician
Clinical questions — about how your treatment is going, a side effect, or a change to your dose — should go to your clinician through your account, so that they are recorded in your medical record. Care is provided by DrTelx, an independent telehealth medical group.
Your pharmacy
Questions about a dispensed prescription — what was shipped, how to store it, or its labelling — are best answered by the pharmacy that filled it, which is named on your shipment. Our partner pharmacies are EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy.
Reporting a side effect
Tell your clinician about any side effect you experience. You may also report side effects directly to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088, or at fda.gov/medwatch.
Privacy requests
To exercise a privacy right described in our privacy policy, contact support using the details above and tell us what you are asking for. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.
